Re think of Catwalk hair!! :(

After practicing the previous hair design on my friend I have had to re-think the hair design as unfortunately I don't think I would be able to achieve this shape of the tail. I did manage to create the tail by creating a plait but it didnt have the effect I was after. Instead I have come up with this design, where I hope to experiment with hair height still, as this worked quite well. I will create this look by stacking hair doughnuts, pinning into place and backcombing hair over and around the doughnuts as I learnt during the Seema Chopra workshop. The front section of hair will probably not be long enough to reach over the doughnuts so I will pin, spray and part the hair to form a fan to give the impression of feathers and thus a headdress. Plaits will be added to decorate the doughnuts and the back plait will hang like a tail would.
