Scarification Face

I wanted to show this face as an example of texture/pattern on the face and body but also as great inspiration for my Editorial Tribal look or image.

 I'm fascinated by the use of body manipulation and how this can be used to create something beautiful, it doesn't always have to be about gore and pain. 

Tribes see this as a way of branding, whether it makes them look indivual or part of a tribe. I've also loved makeup lessons where they have been a bit more sculptural and the idea of adding and taking away parts of the face and body really grasps me. 

Therefore for my Editorial shoot I will go down this root some more, researching more inspiring imagery and hopefully in the end I will have successfully branded my very own Editorial Tribe.
